Egg shaped vessel

For years I have studied and felt near to Viktor Schauberger’s research, I share his view of nature as teacher and pure manifestation of wisdom. In 2011 I presented Acqua Viva a rain harvesting system to be implemented on buildings in the city using natural forms to store and move water, the project got a lot of press but a prototype was never made. Today I am experimenting with a ‘new’ material to make a vessel for fermentation. I’m still not sure if lime/sand/recycledshingles is the best material to use in food containers but I had to try, having a lot of shingles to recycle and no ceramics oven. This material behaves much like cement, it is hard to model, but does not need to be cooked like clay, it can be treated with black soap and stone for water resistance.
