Sowing in the greenhouse and vegetable garden began this year mid-late february with corn, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant indoors and garlic bulbs outdoors.
Lots of experimentation going on this year, sowing in different plots and in the under woods. I have observed that soil in the under wood is so much richer than anywhere else, it is mostly untouched by wo/man. Those of mankind with ideas of ‘order’ & ‘aesthetics’ are unable to recognize the beauty and perfection in Nature.
It is not easy for me to know sometimes when/how to intervene, mostly i do a birds job (sowing) and mulching with hay and putting back organic matter into the soil (food scraps, hair cuttings, etc).

serra e orto
La semina in serra e nell’orto e’ cominciata quest’anno a meta’ febbraio con il mais, pomodori, melanzane, peperoni, peperoncini e l’aglio in campo.
Tanti esperimenti quest’anno con prove di semina in diversi appezzamenti e nel sottobosco. Ho osservato che il bosco non essendo disturbato dall’uomo/donna mantiene il suo equilibrio ed il terreno e’ umido e meravigliosamente leggero. L’uomo/donna che ha le sue idee sull'”ordine” e l'”estetica” non riesce a riconoscere la bellezza e la perfezione nella Natura.
Non e’ sempre facile per me sapere quando intervenire, per lo piu’ faccio l’uccellino spargendo semi, pacciamo con il fieno e riporto materia organica (scarti di cucina, tagli di capelli, ecc…)
