in our climate and soil laurel (laurus nobilis) is able to thrive, there are a few plants on our land, they are a wonderful resource, leaves when picked are marvelously aromatic, i used them fresh or dehydrated in all preparations involving legumes for their ability to help digestion and reduce gases, from these little ones i also make distillates (for use in the washing machine as insect repellent and aroma) and vinegar in case of digestive problems, laurel is also useful to lower fever as it stimulates sweating and is expectorant.

nel nostro clima e terreno l’alloro riesce a crescere rigoglioso, ci sono alcune piante sui nostri terreni, sono una risorsa meravigliosa, le foglie quando vengono raccolte sono splendidamente aromatiche, le uso fresche o essiccate in qualunque preparazione con i legume per le loro proprietà digestive e come aiuto per coliche e gas. da questa piccola pianta faccio anche i distillati, da usare in lavatrice come aroma contro insetti e faccio anche l’aceto per uso interno sempre per disturbi nella digestione, l’alloro e utile anche in caso di febbre favorendo la sudorazione e come espettorante.
